  • Abstract
    This article presents two integrated RF buffer amplifier designs applicable in CMOS process technology for wireless communication applications. These circuits are used as a LO buffer amplifier to convert a single-ended input to a differential output from 1.3 GHz to 1.6 GHz to drive a balanced mixer. On-chip inductors are used in the two designs to fully exploit the advantage of low power consumption of CMOS processes
