The Smart Valley vision is to create an electronic community by developing an advanced information infrastructure and the collective ability to use it. Our mission is to facilitate the construction of a pervasive, high speed communications system and information services that will benefit all sectors of the community/spl minus/education, healthcare, local government, business and the home. The infrastructure we implement will help transform the way we work, live and learn. The technologies and products we develop to build and take advantage of the infrastructure will be marketable around the world as more and more communities move into the Information Age and connect themselves electronically.<>
