Abstract
This paper presents a new approach to the analysis of output power and IMD3 of MMIC on-state switches using Volterra series for the first time. Good agreement between theoretical and measured results confirms the validity of the algorithm. It is demonstrated that the switch nonlinearity is due to the gate-source capacitance only
