Symbiotic “main manufacturer-supplier” relationship model for civil aircraft manufacturing

The supplier of civil aircraft manufacturing industry is an important part in the supply chain system for civil aircraft. Hence, strengthening supplier relationship management for civil aircraft manufacturers is significant to reduce costs and improve their core competitiveness. In this paper, civil aircraft manufacturer-supplier symbiotic relationship analysis with the logistic model is constructed to make correlative analysis, which shows that different measures can be taken for different types of supplier relations.
