Abstract
DEA is a project that aims at the individuation, cataloguing and dissemination of best practices in the usage of digital literacy for disabled people. This project has been submitted within the framework of the e-Learning Programme (DG EAC/26/04) of the European Community, and it´s being developed by a consortium of partners including the Politecnico di Milano (Italy), Evolvit (Italy), Madariaga European Foundation (Belgium), e-ISOTIS (Greece). The project is going through four main activities that range from the development of a Web portal that supports all the steps to a call for best practices that includes their submission and analysis. The result of this process is intended to be a rational catalogue of selected good practices, according to a pre-defined taxonomy, but also the sharing of guidelines for the identification, listing and classification leading to the catalogue itself
