  • Abstract
    This paper describes the application of the chaotic systems in A/D conversion. According to the connection between the symbolic sequence and the initial conditions, we can realize the ADC. Because of the errors in choosing the different mapping functions, the chaotic system may be out of its attractor and unstable. In order to avoid the problems, the mapping function of the random shift dynamical systems associated with the IFS is analyzed to find the appealing one. Finally, the optimized mapping function with high resolving power and robust is obtained by theoretical analysis and typical simulation.
