Abstract

In this paper the development of new energy vehicle in Henan Province is analyzed based on the weighted grey target decision model. Firstly, the implementation status of new energy vehicle project in Zhengzhou and Xinxiang, pilot cities in Henan Province, is investiaged. Next, the modeling steps of weighted grey target decision-making are elaborated based on the positive clout and the negative clout, and the model of grey target decision-making according to the selected index is established. Finally, the recent development route of new energy vehicle in Henan Province is discussed and some policy implementations are given.
