  • Abstract
    This article explains how I found a novel gene by using BLAST online search tool. How to get benefit from existing tools of Bioinformatics. This paper also shows the importance of Computer Science tools and methods in the field of Bioinformatics. An unknown DNA sequence or Novel gene in any Genomic Database can be discovered and annotated through this Bioinformatics tool. MSA and Phylogenetic analysis of this Novel EST and its homologous Genes and related synthesized Proteins is the main focus of this paper. This work explains the overall methodology how to find a novel Gene through existing and already implemented Bioinformatics tools.
