  • Abstract
    There are many parameters that cause roll measurement error of roll grinder NC. The effect factors of probe error in roll two-point measurement approach are analyzed, and the mathematic models and compensation methods of the probe static error and dynamic error are proposed in this paper. Based on the original control system and hardware of roll grinder, we designed a new type measuring device and error compensation software system. And the experiment shows that the probe compensation operation can greatly improve the measurement accuracy.
