Abstract
Summary form only given, as follows. An effective method of generating micro ball lightning (BL), underwater spark discharge (USD), was recently proposed. During USD, a pinch effect worked well on surfaces of electrodes of thin metal wires and made atomic clusters to transform to special ones, micro BL. It was covered by networks of many interconnected electrons so that new nuclear reactions could be induced in the clusters. The most significant reaction was nuclear collapse, called electro-nuclear collapse (ENC), those explosive traces were very often found on nuclear emulsions. Furthermore conventional elements such as carbon were regenerated with shapes of thin tubes and films during ENC. Micro BL which was obtained with pulsed USD was compared with two natural ones which were observed during a volcanic eruption of Mt. Usu and earthquakes of Kouzu-shima island in 2000. Three micro BL showed very curious but similar behaviors and generated similar explosive traces of nuclear collapse on nuclear emulsions. Especially during the earthquakes, networks of interconnected electrons were really observed on copper plates.
