  • Abstract
    The structure, functions and control procedure of a cruise control system designed for the fuel management system for diesel (FMSD) was introduced in the paper. A gain scheduling control mechanism was proposed for engine speed control, and controller development techniques and performance evaluation of the gain scheduling PI controller are presented
