  • Abstract
    The application of the domain product technique for the analysis of scattering and radiation from penetrable cylindrical structures with arbitrarily polyhedral boundaries is described. The Mathieu function expansions are used to represent fields in both the interior and exterior regions. The technique allows fast and accurate evaluation of the electrodynamic characteristics for an extensive class of the 2D structures including realistic objects of higher complexity
