  • Abstract
Summary form only given. We present a novel many-particle theory, which contains both of these methods as limiting cases. Our approach is based on the nonequilibrium Green´s function (NGF) technique, which is applied to perform a detailed diagrammatic analysis of the various interaction processes. Biexcitonic correlations are obtained by renormalizing polarization scattering processes and the coherent contributions to electron-electron scattering, which are both usually treated within a second order Born approximation.
