Abstract
We present a synthesis of recent results obtained by various collaborators contributing to a new analysis framework for one-bit nth order ΣΔ modulators. This framework leads to a better theoretical understanding of the intriguing MSE behavior of such modulators and new general principles for the design of nonlinear ΣΔ modulators
