  • Abstract
    According to titration experimentation, this paper analyzed the characteristics of pH and ORP in the basic condition, and designed an intelligent control system, which combined the demerits of PID control with self-learning neural network control, to treat the Cr-containing effluent, and put forth a kind of leading control method on the basis of energy in system to solve big lag and a kind of simple and effective decoupling control method in concern of the principle in the chemical reaction for the sake of the coupling between the pH and ORP, and actualized the linearization of the process. Operation analysis of system states that it is effective
