Abstract
We consider theoretically and experimentally a structure and an orbital angular momentum of the array consisting of an aggregate of coherent fundamental Gaussian beams whose axes are lodged on the surface of a hyperboloid of revolution. An intrinsic characteristic of such beam system is an orbital angular momentum that cannot be eliminated by whatever transformations of a referent frame. Such construction of the array enables us to change an orbital angular momentum from zero to very large magnitudes
