  • Abstract
    Human resource flexibility leads to knowledge learning flexibility. Knowledge learning can improve product innovation performance. HR flexibility and product innovation performance are mediated by knowledge learning. Internal flexibility and external flexibility are two dimensions of HR flexibility. Regression equation is used for data analysis, the results of this survey to Chinese companies indicate that skill flexibility (which is internal flexibility) and hired flexibility (which is external flexibility)are significantly related to innovation which are mediated by knowledge learning. Short-term flexibility(which is external flexibility) is negative to innovation mediated by reducing effect of knowledge learning. Behavior flexibility is not significantly related to product innovation.
