  • Abstract
    The traditional 8th International Scientific Conference on Radiation and Scattering of Electromagnetic Waves, RSEMW 2013, was held in Russia this past summer (Figure 1). RSEMW 2013 was organized by the Russian Ministry of Education and Science, the Moscow IEEE AP-S Chapter, the Russian Foundation for Basic Research, and Southern Federal University (Russia). The conference was supported by Rohde & Schwarz Russia and the Russian branch of Agilent Technologies Company.
