Six highly productive habits for young engineers

Many engineers who have just completed their academic studies find it difficult to make the transition from the university campus to an industrial environment. The transition affects each differently based, not on their academic knowledge, but on personal qualities related communication skills, attitude, level of aggressiveness and confidence, self-awareness, and other personal factors that determine the ability to work collegially with colleagues.
