Studies on the Cause of “viscosity” of industrial transfer of Zhejiang and solutions

Based on deep analysis and summary of plenty of documents, this paper will propose twenty sub-factors concerning the viscosity of industrial transfer of Zhejiang under four influencing factors of factor price, clustering network, enterprise conditions and social environment. Besides, this paper will construct a research model, suggest research methods and empirically analyze the cause of viscosity of industrial transfer of Zhejiang. Finally, based on empirical analysis results, it will give solutions to “viscosity” which involve promoting the transfer of backward industries, enhancing support to the industrial chain, coordinating government behaviors and continuously innovating industrial transfer methods, which will consolidate measures of industrial transfer of Zhejiang.
