The online english learning system design based on B/S structure

English online learning system is needed as the background, the college English teaching practice in order to improve the teachers´ teaching efficiency, the reform of students´ learning mode, promoting informatization, standardization and scientific management for the purpose of the development of software systems. Of college students´ English learning in order to realize the management informationization and standardization management, based on the analysis of the status quo and tendency of the development of college English online learning system, on the basis of in view of the present college English learning and the main content of the management and the existing main problems, designed and developed based on B/S structure of the college English online learning system, to realize informationization and standardization for the management of college English learning and provide a solution.
