Abstract
This paper presents a stable low-dropout (LDO) regulator with large load current. It maintains stable with great range of load current by adopting the Miller frequency compensation combined with a fast-response loop circuit. Furthermore, the slew rate for the large signal of the LDO has been improved by exploiting a novel Slew Rate Enhancement (SRE) circuit.
