Abstract

The current transformer (CT) is the role that varies heavy current of primary circuit into low current of secondary circuit proportionately, used to supply the measuring instrument, relay protection and automatic device. Based on the research about properties of electrified railway traction load, transformer and its mode of connection, the allocation of current transformer is optimized, to achieve safe and economic operation of power grid.
