Abstract
In this paper we discuss the possibility to resolve the contradictions in information interpretation connected with the reason of reflected energy redistribution over the orthogonal antennas of polarimetric radar. The considered in this paper approach is based on the temporal and spatial analysis of polarization spectrum of reflected from weather target radar signal and can be used to improve polarization measurement for meteorological information interpretation including drop size distribution measurements or wind related phenomena estimate.
