Abstract
Intelligent operation and maintenance is a novel technology mode of advanced transmission and distribution equipment management that can meet the demand of online monitoring, condition-based maintenance and visual management for equipment, as well as rapid load recovery repair and advanced asset management integration requirements. It serves as one of the most significant contexts to promote the standardized level of power system and for the development of smart grid. An IEC 61968 standard and SOA architecture based information platform infrastructure for the Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Center (IOMC) of Hengqin new district is introduced in this paper. Unified interface and data interaction specifications for the information platform of the IOMC are formulated and regulated according to business needs and process of the IOMC. The defined XSD message format and three message type meet the requirement of data integration and visual display that the IOMC have on automation, production management and GIS system. Thus the enabled panoramic view that monitoring the transmission, substation and distribution system and equipment operation information of the Hengqin new district creates an innovative management mode of the operation of transmission, substation and distribution equipment, which improves the collaboration working ability and efficiency of equipment´s operation, maintenance, management and that of typical production business.
