Abstract
Diagnoses of degradation condition of both silicone rubber and concrete are studied. Dielectric measurement can evaluate the moisture amount in the materials and hydrophobicity measurement can evaluate the surface condition without contact to the material surface. These measurement techniques show the valuable information on the degradation condition of the specimens.
