Abstract
With the increasing contradiction between demand of power supply reliability and investment, Power supply mode meeting consumers´ different need of reliability is a reasonable solution. The divisional but centralized urban functional areas provides possibility for it. This paper aims to research the consumer-oriented differential power supply modes which meeting different urban functional areas´ needs. Several electricity consumption characteristics are analyzed to assess reliability needs of functional areas. The contribution value of key factors that affect distribution system´s reliability be carried out by simulation. Considering reliability needs of different urban function areas, consumer-oriented differential power supply modes are designed.
