Abstract
In this paper, we describe the influence of harmonic distortions of RF driving signal on the measurement of Mach-Zehnder modulator parameters, those are half-wave voltage and intrinsic chirp parameter. The influences on the measured parameters were experimentally verified in the presence of 2nd and 3rd order harmonic distortions individually.
