Abstract
A supply chain network equilibrium problem with two-type suppliers is investigated, in which the manufacturer´s risk-averse character and the price rigidities of consumer market are considered. The behaviors of various decision makers including the suppliers, the manufactures, the retailers and the consumers are modeled via finite-dimensional variational inequality, respectively. Then the governing supply chain network equilibrium model is established. The logarithmic-quadratic proximal prediction-correction algorithm is designed to solve the model. Finally numerical examples are given to analyze the impact of price ceiling, raw material conversion rates under different BOM, and risk-averse degree of the manufacturer upon the network equilibrium and a series of management insights are obtained.
