  • Abstract
This work presents a new current mode min-max circuit. This circuit reveals maximum and minimum of input signals simultaneously. It benefits advantages of analog design such as small die size area, low power consumption and simple circuit complexity which are added to the fuzzy system advantages. To implement this idea, a circuit is proffered which based on modified-Wilson current mirror and cascode current mirror. A 1.8(V) power supply is applied and simulation results are given using HSPICE with level 49 parameters (BSIM3v3) in 0.18μm CMOS standard technology. Also, the layout pattern of suggested circuit is prepared using cadence software.
