Abstract
The basic ways for creating the precision thermally-compensated integrated stabilitrons with range of output voltages 6-8 V are considered. The strategy for selecting optimal current density that yields the best thermal instability of the stabilizing voltage is discussed. The technological process that allows to achieve required current density and to increase the yield value of the devices is chosen.
