  • Abstract
Referring to the engineering practice, this paper optimizes the key design parameters of composite basket handle tied arch bridge with super width and long span. The boom force proportion of main and auxiliary arch is optimized according to the principle that the positive moments equal the negative moments of beams. The section dimension is optimized according to the optimization object that the force-resistance ratio is 1 of main and auxiliary arch section through amplification factor of section. The reasonable rise-span of rib can be got by researching the regular that stress, displacement and stability factor of main and auxiliary arch changes with the different rise by adjusting the rise of rib while keeping other parameters the same. The research of this paper provides a reference for related design and study.
