  • Abstract
A solution with the fusion of AHP and DEA aimed at the complexity of comprehensive evaluation and decision-making to power grid planning scheme as well as the defect of too strong subjectivity of AHP and incapability of reflecting deciders´ preference is provided. According to whether to fuse grey correlation degree or not there are two different models built by this solution, by means of establishing power grid planning comprehensive evaluation system solution and analysis can be conducted to actual power grid planning by adopting two kinds of models, computing results are corresponding to actual expectation scheme, then on the fundament of it fault-tolerant analysis to model can be carried out. Analysis shows that the fault-tolerant of AHP-DEA model with fusion of grey correlation degree is better than other models, optimal scheme can be elected even being disturbed by abnormal factors.
