  • Abstract
    Ventilation dust plays an important role in the coal mines and other dangerous operating environment. The production process of ventilation dust used by mine mainly depends on the artificial way with low degree of automation. According to the above problem, this paper studies the three working procedure of ventilation dust production which oriented high duplication of punching, pressing ring, cutting off, and the working principle of mechanical equipment. Also we try to control the AC servo motor, punch impact cylinder, ordinary pressing ring cylinder, ordinary cutting off cylinder, and make trial production prototype. The experimental results show that the high precision and satisfying of the processing requirements as well as the production automation level of domestic mining products.
