  • Abstract
    The article describes an approach to the creation of systems for electro-thermal heating of unit axle railway car. A construction of a mathematical model of the induction electrothermal apparatus for studying the distribution of the electromagnetic and thermal fields in the heating elements in various modes electro-thermal installations is developed serve as a basis for analysis and possible adjustment of the inductor design, as well as for the formulation of recommendations for the creation of a workable design of induction heating devices.
