  • Abstract
In this paper, we propose a method of cell assembly on microstructures of a biodegradable material for the regeneration of living tissue. The adhesion of fabricated biodegradable structures on the substrate was one of the important challenges. 5 different surface conditions were tested to prevent the adhesion: glass, 1.5 % agar, 1.5 % dried agar, mineral oil and glass treated by waterproof coating. The results show that the movable structure made of GelMA was not achieved in the conditions and require other materials to realize movable structures.
