Abstract
Moving target tracking is extremely relevant in applications like surveillance or chasing an enemy target. In this paper we propose a modified PN guidance law based moving target tracking system. The moving target tracking algorithm has been initially tested in simulation and then implemented using a differentially driven mobile robot. The kinematic model of the robot is taken in to account while designing the tracking algorithm. Through extensive simulations and hardware implementation it is seen that the robot is efficiently tracking the moving target.
