  • Abstract
    An automatic segmentation method with the prior knowledge for bioluminescent images is presented in this paper. It is based on the one-dimensional histogram and the gray statistical distribution. This method can obtain the target objects of the bioluminescent images with a higher accuracy and efficiency. Moreover, Mouse experimental segmentations were performed to validate the proposed method.
