Abstract
The available resources may be limited when multiple emergencies occur simultaneously. A scheduling model based on non-cooperative game and its solution for calculating Nash Equilibrium (NE) are designed. In this model, the players represent the multiple emergencies, strategies correspond to resource allocations. Thus, the optimal results are determined by the Nash Equilibrium point of this game. Then the iterative algorithm is introduced to seek the Nash Equilibrium point. Simulation and analysis are given to demonstrate the feasibility and availability of the model.
