Apply the RS / GIS Technology to Local Geography Teaching through Integration of Local Resources - Case Study on Dianchi Lake

Along with the deepening reform of the high school geographical curriculum, the application of modern geographic information technology has become the main content and important means of geography teaching. Base on RS / GIS technology, this paper takes the teaching practice in the Dianchi Lake as a subject, and explores the use of RS / GIS technology as an assistant tool to geography teaching. With the use of RS / GIS technology, an effective solution to the problem concerning the sources of information can be found. At the same time highlight the self-learning in practical teaching and develop the research ability.
