The purpose of this study is to identify the salient factors related with the instructors´ adoption of learning management system and to reveal the differences between Engineering and Arts and Science and Education instructors´ intention towards the use of system. The result of this study will help researchers; in the context of whether they should consider the departmental differences or not when developing, implementing and providing continuous improvement for learning management systems.
