  • Abstract
    Half-mode substrate integrated waveguide (HMSIW) which possesses the advantage of high-Q factor, low loss, and keeps the same performance of SIW with a half reduction in size. In this paper, a series of dual-balanced mixer based on HMSIW are developed. The conversion losses of the mixers are about 10dB.
