  • Abstract
    • Based on RTCA/DO-161A with ARINC 429 network, an EGPWS/TAWS simulator was designed and introduced. • In order to solve a crucial problem about how to set the alert time threshold for TAWS FLTA function, a simplified FLTA model was proposed. • The simulation results show that it was an effectively approach to solve this crucial problem in EGPWS/TAWS FLTA model.
