After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

For the power marketing technique supporting system, the data can not be shared,processes can not communicate, there are a large number of `information isolated island´. Combined with Web services technology, which has strong autonomy, loosely coupled, coarse-grained, openness and integration features. This paper discusses a new model of the power marketing technique supporting system based on Web Services. This model fully integrated system data, with cross-platform, plug and play, good scalability characteristics, it can support to decision-making of marketing management.
