Abstract
This paper reports on some of the work currently being undertaken at Cranfield University on the application of ultrasound scanning technology for imaging two-phase flows. In particular, a discussion is provided on the type of images that have been obtained from a B-scan using a linear phases array operating at 7.5 MHz. Examples of the range of images that have been obtained using this technology are provided and methods of processing them to infer some of the characteristics of two-phase flows are given
