Abstract
In accordance with the characteristics of non-performance asset results from the Energy Enterprise Crisis, this paper conducts the routing optimizing module of stripping non-performance assets resulting from the Energy Enterprise Crisis under incomplete information within Incomplete Information Theory. This paper establishes the integrated optimization module and outlines the decision methods and implementation steps for the module. This paper will provide evidence for decision-making regarding the maintenance and stable increase of the value of uncertain assets in an enterprise.
