  • Abstract
Two important sources of error in reconstructing the image in electrical impedance tomography (EIT) are: 1) lack of knowledge about the exact position of the electrodes; and 2) lack of knowledge about the exact shape of the cross section of the body to be imaged. Here an electronic system is introduced which by the help of a computer determines the exact shape of the cross sectional perimeter and the exact location of the electrodes on the body perimeter. The system is built and a test result is presented
