Abstract
This paper deals with the transient, dynamic and steady-state performance of self-excited synchronous reluctance generator. Computer simulations of the voltage build-up and voltage collapse due to generator overloading are presented. The study of the static bifurcation phenomena due to changing load and airgap flux linkage forms the balance of this paper
