PT02. Leadership lessons

Sustainable success in a fiecely competitive environment requires a business to have creative innovation and forward thinking leadership. As an entrepreneur, I consider myself as student of leadership. In this presentation I outlined my approach for sustainable success by studying the perspectives of numerous corporate leaders and spiritual leaders. In summary I learned that Entrepreunership and leadership is all about service. Here I present my experience in transforming CeramatecInc from struggling high technology firm to a leader in contract research business that has seen over 300 % growth in seven years.
