  • Abstract
    Combining factor analysis with key components of regional logistics capability, this paper proposes Hubei logistics capability evaluation system and method based on factor analysis in the background of industrial transfer, at the same time constructs the evaluation model of Hubei logistics capability, and finally tries to find the major factors affecting Hubei logistics capability. The result of model shows that the major factors affecting the improvement of Hubei logistics capability are: freight traffic, turnover volume of freight traffic, proportion of the tertiary industry, number of trucks, total retail sales of consumer goods, and fixed investment in the logistics industry.
